Welcome to the Bay Lookout! This is a modern one bedroom house with mother-in-law suite! I built/furnished this with a family in mind. I picture a writer living here with her fiance, they had bought an "abandoned" shell and built it up themselves over time. Her mother just recently moved in and they remodeled the garage for her.
