This was a great challenge for sure! The roofing- I almost died. But, I perservered and ended up with this beauty. I made this house with my sim, Renee in mind. She has always loved the beach but she lives in Willow Creek so there was no beach houses to be found- that is, until she decided to renovate her own home.
