I don't speak English that well so let's keep it simple :) The mom has a mom, but doesn't have a dad anymore. Grandma can't live alone so she lives with her daughter and husband of her daughter. They have a two sons (child and toddler) and one baby girl. Also they have a cat and there's a fish tank which you can put fish in. Idk if the fish and cat live really well together but this is the sims so screw those real life rules. Also a random detail: The parents run a vet clinic thing. #simsieshell
