Just a SHELL. 4.5 bathrooms. The half bath is in the entrance hallway. Space for a laundry room on the 2nd floor. Of couse you can do anything you want with it. It was just an idea. The backyard is complete with a swimming pool and a swing in sand. A patio with a grill, a dining area and sitting area.
