This is my first #simsieshell build, i'm proud of the inner mostly open layout design despite the interesting color scheme, the landscaping could definitely use some work however, I'm not a landscaper so I don't care about that. I went cheap in a lot of areas of the house to try and keep it as affordable as possible. Because of the wall spacing I didn't make an office although you could turn one of upstairs bedrooms into one. This is the sort of home you can grow old in.
