Bob & Eliza Pancakes needed a SERIOUS remodel of their home..so I did just that. I kept the shell exactly the same, but added a patio, pavillion, pool, & landcasping, & modernized the exterior. I also pretty much kept the floorplan the same on the 1st level, but of course modernized it. On the 2nd level,I added some more bedrooms since before each bedroom was huge for no reason.
