According to the LilSimsie Historical Society rules, this building couldn't have any outside walls removed or outside walls added to the main structure. We wanted to open our new WC Spa & Wellness Center so we were up for the challenge. Since we needed more space we did add some airy balcony areas and a completely separate sauna area.
