This build is part of the #simsieshell challenge, but I also used it as a build for my own save file. I'm unsure if adding a balcony counts as touching the walls or not because I never actually moved anything. This took me far too long considering I only had to decorate, landscape and furnish. This build is two bedroom and two bathrooms and comes with a spacious garden, large dining room/ kitchen and a cozy living area.
