A cottage style (maybe?) take on Simsie's Shell challenge, originally built on the empty lot in Forgotten Hollow, but it would maybe fit into Brindleton Bay as well. I imagine this as an old family home that has been only modernized on the inside to accomodate the family's needs over time to accomodate the family's needs.
