This is my first time participating in the Simsie Shell Challenge! Here I built a base game beach mansion. The beach house features a main house, a guest house, a garage, a tennis court, a putting green, and an infinity pool. There are 3 bedrooms in the main house and one bedroom in the guest house. If your wondering why the kitchen is on the second floor and the bedrooms on the first floor, it is called reversed living.Many beach houses have this as their layout. #simsieshell4
