I build this for the #simsieshell challenge. So I am pretty sure my build isn't going to get noticed since the exterior is kinda boring, but I never did such a good interior before (at least to my taste xD It is pretty cluttered) so I gotta thank lilsimsie for making me step up my game :-) BTW you need to use the bb.moveobjects cheat before placing it. I made this with my 'Brown & Winter' household in mind.
