I decided to design a cute, modern beach house for this shell challenge! It has 1 bedroom and 2 bathrooms. For some reason I always gravitate towards beach houses whenever I feel like building lol. I decided to do something a little different this time, and I'm not the greatest builder but I'm really proud of how it turned out. This lot is CC-free.
