A combo Park/Cafe (You can set it as either lot type, I left it on Cafe so the barista would auto generate) using LilSimsie's tiny shell! The park has a couple outdoor seating areas, plus a tiny club house with some board games and a reading area. The second floor of the club house is a tiny cafe with mostly outdoor seating.
