Once, there was a build called Eco Paradise: revered by Sims from Newcrest to Sulani as the pinncale of eco-friendly living. Which was a teensy bit awkward, as the Brindleton Bay Council later deemed Eco Paradise one of the least eco-friendly structures on the planet - its construction being the sole cause of the complete deforestation of Granite Falls.
