A seafood restaurant for Bridleton Bay with a small apartment upstairs. Meant to be placed on the 20x20 lot near the beach. (Bedlington Boathouse.) Uses only the Base Game, Dine Out, and Cats and Dogs. It is the "fish" shell challenge, after all, I couldn't resist trying to turn it into a seafood restaurant.
