#simsietinyshell Here is my Modern/Mid-century tiny house. This tiny house features an open living first floor with a living room and dinning room, it is the perfect area to host guests in the house. It also features a back yard with a hot tub and plenty of space to host parties. The second floor is all for the people living in the house, keeping the floor plan still open with the murphy bed but still able to fit a desk space and a small entertainment center as well as a a blacony.
