This is a house when Santa Clause live with Mrs Clause and their little elves. Preparation before Santa's departure with presents for children are at the end. Only some elves are still working in the kitchen, when other decide to have some free time ;) It's mostly usable for your Sims - except cupcake machines, few toys and one of two bathtubs. #SimsieFish
