Frankie Fish's grandmother Gizzelle Fish who raised up Frankie is recently died. Gizelle's last wish to Frankie was to turn her house into a homeless shelter. Frankie granted her grandmother's wish and instead of leaving the house empty, he agreed to turn it into a homeless shelter.
