This is a home for a lovely sim family. There are rooms upstairs for the parents and space for a teen daughter and a boy child. There is a 'mud' room off the entrance to keep the space prisitne when the family or kids come in. This combines the comfortable with the colorful and fun. There are ammenities such as a basketball court, attached greenhouse, and a backyard set of monkey bars.
