#simsiefish This old house has been renovated into sn animal care center and shop owned by an old man who lives in the top of the shop. The shop and care center includes a lounge, 2 bathrooms, the main shop and an area for animals to sleep an eat. The sop includes food, toys and general necesities for the animals and the apartment on top has a small living area, a kitchen, a bedroom, a study and 2 bathrooms making it a usual apartment. Btw the cat literbox on the counter is a register. ;)
