This hobbit hole + magic shop was made using simsie's fish shell! The bottom floor of the shell acts as the hobbit hole, and the top floor acts as the shop. (The bottom floor is covered with terrain, but the shell is very much the same!) I imagine some sort of hobbit witch/wizard living here, and then selling their goods or potions upstairs!
