Recieving grandma's house as an heirloom is great, but the peeling wallpaper & not so sturday chairs are questionable. Turning the interior into a tasteful modern style was a must. The dusty guest rooms have been turned into a home gym and art studio. There is a beautiful built in aquarium that seperates the living spaces.
