This modern desert home is sophisticated and minimal, while still pushing the simoleon limit. With a cool blue and black color scheme, the owners are clearly fans of a sleek design. One of the biggest features of the house however, is the water element; incorporated in the luxurious pool, hot tub, boardering fountains, and interior centerpiece.
