It is blue, it is suburban and it is for family - what else you can ask for! This two-storey house (with basement) is suitable for family living - just look at its garden or check two cute kid's rooms. This house was originally decorated for Miller family, but I am sure that every sim can feel at home here, they can even find some welcomin food from the previous owners in the fridge.
