There are two houses. One on each floor, they are not connected and in each one lives a different family. Usually one of them are the house owner and the other rents one of the houses. This is a pretty common arrengement where I live and the Fish Shell remembered me of those. The botton house gets the yards, the top house gets the balconies. #SimsieFish
