I imagine this house is for a single mother, who loves flowers/plants. She is very creative, and loves painting, flower arranging, and going on walks with their dog. She has two daughters, a child and teenager. The child sim is very creative as well and loves to collect my sims dolls. While the teenager is obessed with space and music.
