For 238 years, this beautiful Britechester riverside building housed students from the venerable Eta Theta Zeta student sorority. As interest in the sorority grew more and more, the alumni decided to expand the building to a second floor, to create more rooms for prospective students while still maintaining the oldfashioned spirit of Eta Theta Zeta.
