Modern Home Shell - The shell consists of 3 bedrooms (with space to be 4+). There is no direct furniture placed other than place fillers to help you fill it as I designed it or make changes to suit your sims dream. While there are some items that are from other packs, they can easily be replaced. The backyard has potential for a deck along with a swimming pool area but plenty of room to build a garden space.
