So this is a part of my #sims4blockparty challenge! I chose to do it a different city than the ones they had listed, so I don't know if it counts. I decided to make the left room on the second room into an artist studio, but this can be changed if you want to have more seating, or do something else with it. Also, just note that I designed it specifically with the surroundings of the "Hare Square" lot, so you can put it somewhere else but it looks best here :) enjoy!
