A #starter from #sims2 one of my favorites, personally, from #bluewater village. In the lot in Sims2 there's a pond. How I'd love to be able to add a pond. I considered a swimming pool, but I didn't want the house to be too expensive. Feel free to redo the yard however you'd like. Swimming pool...fountain...whatever. Ugh I miss lake tool. :)) Have fun with this.
