Inspired by #Simproved new video, I used the roofing sections (with help from VialetNapisom) to create this ultra-modern 1 bed 1 bath home. THIS IS A MICRO HOME that takes up only 28 tiles on the lot so you can benefit from all the perks with a nice spacious home. Red, black and white create clean lines and a simple palette. You will definitely need moveobjects on for this one and IT IS PLAY TESTED. Everything works as intended. Loft bedroom. Will need bigger than 30x20 lot if you landscape.
