This isn't fully furnished. Just the kitchen and bathroom appliances. (I chose the wrong lot size for this house, you can definately place it on a smaller lot). There is an extra 1x2 room, if you have the #laundryday pack you can turn it into a washing machine room. Or a pantry if you don't have that pack!
