Build heavily inspired by #simmarysims Tiny Dock House, which I saw on Instagram. (Hers is much better, of course). My build turned out to be two houses, #cluttery #coastal #dock style. Suitable perhaps for grown-up siblings who do not want to move too far from each other (or that is what I imagined). One house has a children's room in addition to the master bedroom, the other only a master bedroom. I have to say I am especially pleased with the two adult bedrooms. #nocc
