This was my first attempt at ever renovating someone's "shell" type starter home. I didn't change much, I only renovated the tile in the kitchen and bathroom. I changed the door colors, added some vines, added some lights for nightime walkers, changed the bedroom walls, added some toddler stuff out back, etc. I did not want to touch walls or roofing or anything that was the basics or foundation of the house.
