There are 3 bedrooms but this house will fit 5 sims but you can always add a single bed into one of the larger rooms. I am a really bad builder and landsacper so this house is sooo bad. I only have 2 packs (and the holiday pack but i didn't use much stuff from that) so I did what I could with what I have. This house id specifically for the #simlicychallenge but you can use it for anything else if you want. I really hope you enjoy using and playing in this house!!
