The Smith family moved to Strangerville for a change of scenery, Lyla and John are the parents of Naomi and Joesph. Lyla is an outgoing and fun-loving artist that wanted to buy an old one of a kind victorian home that she could put her own touches on and fix up on the inside and John decided it would be nice to get out of the city, even though Joesph wasn't to keen on the idea.
