Here is a really cool futuristic home that is stuffed into 40 tiles in the game. This challenge was created by #Simarchy who challenged everyone to build a 2x10 home, no matter how many levels high, with everything a sim needs to live. Later #IronicSims challenged me to build it with a futuristic style. This home has a really nice front area with a garden as well as a table and barbecue space. Although there are no stairs in the house you can go outside to go to the second story.
