This shell build was created by #Simarchy and I furnished it for the #furnishme1221 stream. This house is furnished in a modern style, and I tried to only use neutral colors in decorating (with the exception of plants and a few items that are mostly neutral, but may have a bit of color). The Sims that live here love to entertain and famous for their martini parties. There is also a beautiful zen-like garden include with this build.
