Alison and Timothy Simmer moved to Newcrest with their adopted daughter Katie after Timothy got a transfer. Alison went crazy decorating the house, much to her husband's dismay. But he was working too much to really be able to stop her. The landscaping inspired her to use a lot of wood and since purple was a color both she and her husband loved she used several touches.
