This is inspired by #neworleans Pontalba Building. I've left a lot of open space to creat your own stories. I built a furnished studio apartment and a floorplan for a two bed/1 bath apartment. There is space for retail shops on the first floor. There is a secondary, more modern apartment behind the first building. There is space for at least three apartment spaces. I wanted to give myself space to grow in the building as my sim's storyline progresses. Make sure to have #MOO #showhiddenobjects
