Coffee house, bookstore, clothing store, bakery, and garden nursery. Really had a lot of fun with this build! It's meant to be a multi-purpose retail lot. Little disappointed with the restrictions on lot choices. It's set as retail with assigned items for sale, but the NPC bartista and food stall vendors don't show up automatically - your Sim will have to hire them.
