I have tried to create a city based shopping centre with this lot. It contains the following "shops": Minimart, Comicbook/cosplay store, Music store, Wedding Boutique, Clothes store, Coffee shop with inside bakery, photo studio, an antique (hidden) bookstore and a furniture store! Not to mention mens/womens and non gender toilets! There is a small town "square" where street performers play daily and where your sim can take a load off from all of the heavy shopping!
