3 bedrooms for under 20k? Whaaaaaat? I made this for my #100babychallenge who've outgrown their starter but are still struggling economically. There's no dining table because my sims don't eat at the same time. The toy chest is in the living room so all my sims can use it. The room with the computer is them matriarch's, and the next bedroom is for the twins, who just aged up into #kids The upstairs is easily expandable and will be for the following #children . #family
