Riverside Roost Duplex BG
I turned the Riverside Roost into a basegame duplex. Upstairs has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Downstairs has 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms. The side yard is shared between the two. Enable all cheats and place in build mode. Play tested.
