This once was Grandma Bettys' Farm. She had hoped to keep all of the land in the family so the city would not encroach upon the peace and quiet that surrounded her. But as she grew older and sicker, the money was needed so all but the remaining plot was sold off. Her daughter inherited it and has since updated the entire home.
