This is my first time putting a lot of effort into making a Sims house. I tried for an industrial/modern style with an open concept floor plan. One of the bedroom's is styled for a vampire, though. Feel free to alter the lot to your liking. The house itself could fit on a smaller lot, do with that what you will.
