Farm Cottage
A beautiful little cottage, hidden in the middle of the woods. Fully functional and tested, with gardening space, a shed, a chicken coop, a pond and a tiny pool. There is a double bed in the bedroom, so you could have one sim or a couple, and it has enough room and items for a pet.
