All the really cool versions of the NY Institute in the gallery take expansion packs. I can see why. You need cell doors for locking up naughty downworlders and crypts for Vampire guest amiright. Also I started making this place monthes ago when there was like no shadowhunter stuff in the gallery. It is not totally accurate as I split the sancuary into two parts and had no Raziel floor mosaic. This massive house is made for playability.
