#Shabby on the outside, not so much on the inside. The cracked and holed exterior hides a cozy interior, maybe not ultra modern, but comfortable. Space enough for a magical sim or two. A house built for a #spellcaster . Just mind the spiders and the goo on the ground outside, and you'll be fine. There's also a rather odd scarecrow to be found.
