I got a little over ambitious with this build and actually had to remove a few features to stay in starter range, such as a fenced in back yard and some windows but I hope you guys can see the potential. The house currently features an open plan lower level, two bedrooms, one and a half bath. and a potential half bath or closet off the master bedroom.
